Project Requirement Specification ReviewWe can meet with you either at our 10,000 sq. ft. showroom located on I-95 between Griffin and Sterling Rd in Dania Beach, Florida (Click Here For Google Map), or at your facility/home. This step may also involve a site visit to your project site to review requirements and ensure accurate measurements.
Proposal/Contract Sign OffOur in-house design team will obtain final approval of our custom "build plan" for your project at Broward Impact Window & Door. Unlike other companies who offer "standard sizes" to accommodate the majority of the industry, we tailor our products to meet your specific requirements, regardless of standard sizes. This guarantees that we deliver the best possible outcome for your project.
Development of Permit PackageTo provide you with the best service possible, we can meet you at either our showroom or your facility/home. Additionally, we may visit your project site to review requirements and ensure accurate measurements. Final approval of our custom "build plan" for your project is obtained to ensure our products meet your exact requirements. Our team develops elevations and floor plans in-house that precisely call out each opening according to your specifications. Engineering calculations are also performed to ensure our products meet or exceed your necessary wind load and pressure requirements. As a fully State Licensed General Contractor, we handle our own permit applications and processing to comply with all state and local regulations.
Product OrderTo meet your unique requirements, we place orders for materials with our trusted manufacturers. As direct buyers, we have established strong relationships with select manufacturers to provide you with the best products to fit your needs. With our extensive purchasing power, we can offer you the best pricing on the market.
InstallationOur team of dedicated installation experts provides complete in-house installation services. Our crews work directly for us and have an average of over 25 years of experience in product installation. They take great pride in their work, just as you do in your home. Final InspectionOur installation team is not only dedicated to providing exceptional service to you, but also to ensuring a smooth inspection process. While not required by code, our lead installer attends every inspection to address any questions and provide necessary sign-offs.
